3) Warranty Claim

All Adidas products are covered under warranty provided directly by
Adidas qualified tech support.

You will need to fill out the warranty claim form.
Please add your Serial number on the form also details of fault being experienced.
The serial number can be located under the body of the frame.It has Serial number written on the sticker.
For Adidas warranty department to contact you please include the
warranty claim form and invoice of purchased item then attach files and email to techsupportaustralia@rfeinternational.com
and techsupport@rfeinternational.com
Please cc the email to sales@worldfitness.com.au
This way we can keep track of it as well.
Once received, this information will be forwarded to Adidas warranty
department. You will receive communication from Adidas warranty
department directly to resolve your warranty issues. You will receive
a response within 24 - 72 hours.

Please copy and paste the below section (text) as part of the body of
the email to Adidas Warranty Department, and Cc the email to World fitness.

Please note, for all in home warranty services, upon inspection of the product, if the technician comes out to check the product and it is found that the product has been installed incorrectly, it is not considered a fault of the product and is not covered under warranty. In such cases, generally there is a call out fee charge. For Adidas the call out charge is $179 -$249.
