How do I place an order?

You can visit our website www.worldfitness.com.au and register with us for free. Just select the items of your choice and check out. Shop online with 100% secure shopping 24 hours a days 7 days a week. You can also visit our Cheltenham retail store at 327 Warrigal Rd Cheltenham VIC 3192.

FREE SHIPPING IS FOR SELECTED PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY AREAS?

At World Fitness our aim is to provide you with the best and fairest
shipping costs on all our items, all the time.

All orders over $100 value (excluding shipping) that are marked with a
free shipping logo and eligible to be delivered to a free shipping
postcode will get free shipping. Simply type in your postcode in the
shipping calculator to see if you are eligible for free shipping. If the
shipping cost comes up as $0.00, you will be eligible.

This free shipping offer is based on the individual product sale price,
not the total order value.
We reserve the right to not offer free shipping on any item on which we
are matching a competitors quote.
Please note, additional charges will apply for 'Change of mind' if the
item is shipped. Please check our terms and conditions for more
information.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once you have placed an order on-line, we will ship it within the next 1-4 business days. It takes 2-8 business days for the shipment to arrive at your location (time varies based on your location in Australia). We will email you your shipping tracking ID and contact details once your product has been ship. So, you can easily track your product. You can also organize for your own shipping company to pick up your product.

Do all equipment come assembled or do I need to assemble them?

All of our equipment are flat packed, ready for shipment. Once picked up or delivered you will need to follow the instruction to assemble the equipment. You can always outsource an installation company to organize assembly of the equipment. 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards.  We also provide the payment options of money order, bank cheque, direct deposit and internet banking.

How secure are my credit card details?

All of our on-line payments are processed by Stripe. No Credit Card details are stored on our servers, everything is processed via Stripe.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Yes, you can pick up your purchase from either our showroom or our warehouse. In order to provide our customer with the very best service, please allow us at least 24-48 hours for the orders to be ready for pick up. For larger items may require additional time to be ready for pick up. Once purchased we will confirm a pick up date, time and location via email.

Is there any additional cost for pick up ?

No, there is no additional cost to your purchase for pick up of general items from either our showroom or our warehouse. If items are to be packed on pallet, there may be additional cost. Please contact us at sales@worldfitness.com.au for more information.
