Body Iron Platinum Four Way Station is the smoothest and most solidly built Four Way Station you will find. It also one of the only models that comes with  4 X 100 Kg selectorised cast iron weight stacks.

The pulleys have integrated precision bearings that ensure smooth performance and reliability.  Adjustable pulleys can also swivel a full 180 degrees for even greater range of motion. The pulleys can be adjusted to multiple heights for even greater functionality. The heavy duty cross beam also features a multi grip chin-up bar.
The cables used are aircraft quality and have 2000 lb tensile strength.
