The description of this product fails to mention that the squat rack needs to be bolted down into the floor requiring you to hire a "Structural engineer" or something in order for it to be totally safe. The squat rack is still rather sturdy without being bolted down but it does wobble a bit side to side and you have to be careful to load weights on the squat rack on the opposite end of where a heavy weight is sitting. The way it has a lot of holes is quite good for getting the right height. The j-hooks that come with the squat rack are the worst j-hooks I've ever used and I hate that I will have to spend more money to fix that. The safety bar is fine. Also the squat rack could do with being slightly more narrow the edge of my 7 foot bar is very close to the safety bars and if I'm even slightly lopsided the collar can tap the safety bar and throw me even more lopsided during a heavy lift which is quite dangerous and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this squat rack unless you have a concrete floor you know you can put bolts (They also dont provide the bolts) into and you already have a good pair of j-hooks that work with this squat racks dimensions.
