- All stock comes fully assembled at our warehouse located at 327 Warrigal Road Cheltenham Vic 3192.
- PRE-INSTALLED STOCK will not be shipped out, the purchaser must collect.
- Oversized items such as Treadmills, Racks ect will be placed onto a pallet waiting for collection.
- We recommend collecting oversized items with a ute or flat tray vehicle as we will be able to load items with a forklift.
- World Fitness staff will not unassemble any items that are bought. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All PRE-INSTALLED STOCK are sold as is.
- No returns will be accepted.
- Full payment must be made before collection.
- Purchasers must organise collection date and time via email before showing up.

Offering 8 levels of quick changing incline, this Body Iron multi-purpose FID bench helps to create dynamic workouts, whilst keeping your training fresh and progressive.
The Body Iron FID Tough V3 can be adjusted into flat, incline and decline positions - the latter position perhaps being often overlooked, despite being the easiest way to target specific muscles in the chest and upper body.
Designed with an innovative ladder catch system, this gym bench locks into the correct position to eliminate any unintentional movement. This allows you to perform a wide range of exercises including dumbbell and barbell presses, chest supported and single arm rows, bicep curls and skull crushes, with maximum stability and support.
