The TRX Strong System Suspension Trainer is a lightweight, portable and scalable training system that allows you to work out anywhere - earn the results you want on your schedule. Stay fit and improve your overall strength whilst also emphasising your core stability.

It's easy to train at home or even outside when you can set up your TRX Suspension Trainer straps on any sturdy door with the included door anchor. The heavy-duty webbing and construction, and adjustable straps and handles, gives you peace of mind and the freedom to customize your workout to your needs. The kit comes with six free workouts. There are five shorter 15-minute modular workouts that focus on specific muscle groups.

Also included are a longer 30-minute total-body workout and further workout cards to keep you going. You can even follow along with a real-time workout from your mobile device. Also included is a Get Started Guide and Set up instructions to get you started straight away, and a convenient storage bag to ensure you can take your workout anywhere and store it safely.
