What's included

This is no ordinary weight lifting package. We have carefully designed this package to facilitate training for the three main power lifting moves - bench press, deadlift, and squats. This power lifting package is going to take your one rep max to new heights!

The comprehensive package includes everything you need to crush your goals straight out of the box, including a full size power rack with pull-up bars and safety bars, a 7ft slate olympic barbell, full adjustable commercial bench, and 4 pairs of bumper plates ranging from 5kg to 20kg, covering all exercises at a variety of rep ranges. If that wasn't enough, we're throwing in band pegs, olympic snap locks, plate holders and a dip attachment, to take your workout even further with additional resistance.

The fully adjustable weight bench offers 7 incline positions. This is imperative for developing upper body strength as working the body at different angles enables you to engage a larger number of muscle fibres. By doing so, this will help greatly with advancing the weight on your bench press and deadlift.
