We've teamed up with Australian sprinter and online coach Ebony Lane to bring you the ultimate workout guide! As of June 1st, 2022 you'll be able to purchase our first ever interactive ebook, Start with Eight.

Start with Eight is an 8-week, at home training program, tailored towards a range of fitness levels. This exercise plan gives insight into what it is like to train with a professional coach, with the added benefit of being able to workout from the comfort of your own home.
