Description
The Bodycraft CF603G Deluxe Bench offers an abundance of unique features that compared to your average weight bench.
Featuring an adjustable cushion that can be moved into 6 different incline levels, this bench is unreal for working on your upper body strength and endurance. The easy-slide mechanism allows you to move the seat up and down, acting as a traditional back rest or chest support. It can also be used to securely lock yourself into position during lat pull downs to ensure there is no unexpected movement.
Compatible with any free weights system, including dumbbells, smith machines and racks, this weight bench can be used to target all the major muscle groups.
