WFA Price Match, Discounts & Promotions Policy

At World Fitness, we value your business and strive to offer competitive pricing. If you have found the same item stocked elsewhere at a lower price, please discuss our Price Match Offer with our knowledgeable sales team.

Our Price Match Offer primarily applies to BodyIron, Body X, Next Fitness and Rising Pro products. We will do our best to assist with price match requests on other brands; however, approval is not guaranteed.

If you find an identical product at a lower price from an authorised Australian retailer, we’ll do our best to match it. Please review the following conditions to ensure your request qualifies.

How to Request a Price Match

Use the World Fitness Price Match Form under the product description to submit your request.
Provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product before placing your order.

Price Match Conditions

The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer and the transaction must be in Australian currency.
The product must be identical, including the same brand, model and specifications.
The product must be in stock and available for immediate sale by both World Fitness and the competitor.
The price match includes all applicable shipping and delivery charges.
Price matching is at the sole discretion of World Fitness Management and is not guaranteed.
Once approved, your price match is valid for 24 hours. The order must be placed within this period to qualify.

Price Match Exclusions

World Fitness will not match prices in the following circumstances:

Offers that include cashback, bonuses, bulk purchases, quantity limits, packages or gifts with purchase.
Prices that include free delivery or installation.
Special event, trade, club or membership discounts not available to the general public.
Clearance items, factory seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display models.
Products sold through third-party sellers on marketplace platforms, auction sites or classifieds websites.
Products supplied by unauthorised distributors or shipped directly from overseas.
Prices significantly below the recommended retail price or normal market value.
Pricing errors or situations where the competitor’s price is below our cost price.
Promotional offers, further discounts, discount codes or coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with an approved Price Match Offer.
EOFY Sale, Black Friday Sale, Christmas Sale and other major promotional sale pricing are not eligible for further discount via promotional or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

All price match requests must be submitted and approved before completing your purchase. World Fitness will not honour price match submissions after the sale has been finalised.

How Discounts Are Applied

Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discounts are automatically applied at checkout when you select Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect as your delivery method.

Only one discount can apply to an order. Discount codes, coupon codes and promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked with Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discounts or custom invoice pricing unless otherwise stated.

🏷️ Marked Final Price Products

Products marked 🏷️ Marked Final Price have already been priced at a heavily discounted or specially structured price.

When a 🏷️ Marked Final Price product is purchased with shipping, it is not eligible for discount codes, coupon codes, promotional offers or further discounts unless otherwise stated.

For Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect only, products marked 🏷️ Marked Final Price are eligible for a maximum 5% pickup discount.

The 5% Marked Final Price pickup discount overrides any other Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discount, promotional offer or discount that may otherwise apply to that product.

Ex-Display & Run-Out Stock

Products listed in our Ex-Display & Run-Out Stock collection are already specially priced and are not eligible for any further discounts.

No discount codes, coupon codes, promotional codes, promotional offers, Showroom Pickup discounts or Click & Collect discounts can be applied to Ex-Display or Run-Out Stock.

The advertised price on Ex-Display & Run-Out Stock is the final price unless otherwise specifically stated by World Fitness.

Discount & Promotion Conditions

Discounts apply to eligible products only.
Discount codes, coupon codes and promotional offers cannot be stacked or combined unless specifically stated.
Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupon codes or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Custom invoice pricing cannot be combined with discount codes, coupon codes, promotional offers or Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discounts unless otherwise stated.
Approved Price Match pricing cannot be combined with additional promotional offers, coupon codes or discount codes.
Ex-Display & Run-Out Stock is excluded from all discount codes, promotional offers and Showroom Pickup / Click & Collect discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.
Some products, categories, clearance items, sale items or specially priced products may also be excluded from certain promotions.
World Fitness reserves the right to amend, withdraw or correct a discount or promotional offer where an error has occurred or where the conditions of the promotion have not been met.
