At World Fitness, we value your business and strive to offer competitive pricing. Have you come across the same item stocked elsewhere at a lower price? Don’t hesitate to discuss our Price Match Offer with our knowledgeable sales team.

Our Price Match Offer exclusively applies to BodyIron, Body X, Next Fitness and Rising Pro products. We will do our best to assist with price match requests on other brands; however, approval is not guaranteed.

If you find an identical product at a lower price from an authorised Australian retailer, we’ll do our best to match it. Please review the following conditions to ensure your request qualifies.

How to Request a Price Match:
- Use the World Fitness Price Match Form under the product description to submit your request.
- Provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product before placing your order.

Price Match Conditions:
- The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer and the transaction must be in Australian currency.
- The product must be identical, including the same brand, model and specifications.
- The product must be in stock and available for immediate sale by both World Fitness and the competitor.
- The price match includes all applicable shipping and delivery charges.
- Price matching is at the sole discretion of World Fitness Management and is not guaranteed.
- Once approved, your price match is valid for 24 hours. The order must be placed within this period to qualify.

Exclusions:
World Fitness will not match prices in the following scenarios:
- Offers that include cashback, bonuses, bulk purchases, quantity limits, packages or gifts with purchase.
- Prices that include free delivery or installation.
- Special event, trade, club or membership discounts not available to the general public.
- Clearance items, factory seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display models.
- Products sold through third-party sellers on marketplace platforms, auctions or classifieds websites.
- Products supplied by unauthorised distributors or shipped directly from overseas.
- Prices significantly below the recommended retail price or market value.
- Pricing errors or where the competitor’s price is below our cost price.
- Promotional offers, further discounts, discount codes or coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with a Price Match Offer.
- EOFY Sale, Black Friday Sale, Christmas Sale and other major promotional sale pricing are not eligible for further discount via promotional codes.

Please note that all price match requests must be submitted before completing your purchase. World Fitness will not honour price match submissions after the sale is finalised.
