The Bodycraft CF600 can be utilised in any full-body workout, and can be incorporated into nearly every strength, cardio or functional training program. The exercises possibilities are endless with this multi-use bench, but some of our favs include bench press, dumbbell rows, bench hops and hip thrusts.
What’s great about the CF600 is that it has been designed to perfectly match majority smith machines, racks and cages on the market, allowing you to achieve a well-rounded training program.
