Shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best deal.

If you purchase an item during our Black Friday Sale and the price drops on that same item before the sale ends, we’ll issue you a World Fitness gift card for the difference — no stress, no worries.

How It Works

  • The policy applies only to purchases made during the official Black Friday Sale period, starting 16th October 2025.

  • Orders placed before 16th October 2025 are not eligible for price protection, gift cards, or retrospective adjustments, regardless of when the item was delivered or dispatched.

  • If the price of the same item (same model and colour) drops before the sale ends, you can request a gift card for the difference.

  • Simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a link or screenshot showing the lower price.

Conditions

  • Applies only to products purchased directly from worldfitness.com.au.

  • Price adjustments are only valid while the Black Friday Sale is active.

  • Excludes clearance, out-of-stock, bundle, or limited-quantity deals.

  • Gift cards are issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Limit of one price adjustment per product.

  • Some products may have included free shipping or different freight costs at the time of your purchase.

    • Shipping rates can vary depending on your location, courier availability, or warehouse dispatch point.

    • For example, if you purchased a bench for $500 with free shipping, and later the same bench is listed at $400 plus $100 shipping, the total delivered price is still the same — meaning there is no price difference to claim.

    • These variations are not eligible for additional adjustments, as they reflect genuine logistical and courier rate changes.

    • This offer can’t be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discount codes.

    • Price protection applies to your purchase price during the sale — not future discount campaigns or email offers.
