Shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best deal. If you purchase an item during our EOFY Sale and the price drops on that same item before the sale ends, we’ll issue you a World Fitness gift card for the difference.

🎁Free Gift Promotion Exclusions🎁

Important: Orders with custom quoted pricing, negotiated discounts, commercial pricing, or custom delivery/installation rates are not eligible for advertised free gift promotions or bonus offers unless the free gift or bonus item is specifically listed on the final invoice or quote. If the free gift or bonus item is not listed on the final invoice or quote, it is not included with the order.

Bonus items cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted, redeemed for cash, or customised. Limit one free bonus item per order while stock lasts.

How It Works

  • The policy applies only to purchases made during the official EOFY Sale period starting 11th May 2026.
  • Orders placed before 11th May 2026 are not eligible for price protection, gift cards, or retrospective adjustments, regardless of when the item was delivered or dispatched.
  • If the price of the same item (same model and colour) drops before the sale ends, you can request a World Fitness gift card for the difference.
  • Simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a screenshot or link showing the lower advertised price.

Conditions

  • Applies only to products purchased directly from worldfitness.com.au.
  • Price adjustments are only valid while the EOFY Sale is active.
  • Excludes clearance, bundle offers, limited-quantity deals, out-of-stock items, coupon codes, and special one-off promotions.
  • Gift cards are issued within 5–7 business days once approved.
  • Limit of one price adjustment per product.
  • Some products may include free shipping or different freight charges at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs can vary depending on your location, courier availability, or warehouse dispatch point.
  • For example, if you purchased a bench for $500 with free shipping, and later the same bench is advertised at $400 + $100 shipping, the total delivered price remains the same — meaning no price difference applies.
  • Freight or shipping variations caused by courier costs or logistics changes are not eligible for additional adjustments.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, coupon offers, email campaigns, or future sale events.
  • Price protection applies only to your original purchase price during the EOFY Sale period.
