Important: Orders with custom quoted pricing, negotiated discounts, commercial pricing, or custom delivery or installation rates are not eligible for advertised free gift promotions or bonus offers unless the free gift or bonus item is specifically listed on the final invoice or quote.

If the free gift or bonus item is not listed on the final invoice or quote, it is not included with the order.

Bonus items cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted, customised, or redeemed for cash. Limit of one free bonus item per order, while stocks last.

How Price Protection Works

  • This policy applies only to eligible purchases made during the official World Fitness WINTER SALE period.
  • If the advertised price of the same item, model and colour is reduced on worldfitness.com.au within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a World Fitness gift card for the eligible difference.
  • You must contact us while the lower price is still publicly advertised and within the 60-day price-protection period.
  • Please provide your order number and a screenshot or link showing the lower advertised price.
  • Orders placed before the official WINTER SALE period are not eligible for this offer, regardless of when the item is delivered or dispatched.

Conditions

  • Applies only to eligible products purchased directly from worldfitness.com.au.
  • The lower price must be advertised by World Fitness Australia within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The price comparison must be for the exact same product, including the same model, colour, specifications and package contents.
  • Excludes clearance items, discontinued products, display models, bundle offers, limited-quantity deals, out-of-stock items, pricing errors, coupon codes, discount codes, negotiated prices, commercial quotes and special one-off offers.
  • Competitor prices are not eligible under this price-protection policy.
  • Gift cards will generally be issued within 5–7 business days after the request is approved.
  • Limit of one price adjustment per product purchased.
  • Some products may include free shipping or different freight charges at the time of purchase.
  • Price comparisons are based on the total delivered price, including any applicable freight or shipping charges.
  • For example, if you purchased a bench for $500 with free shipping and the same bench is later advertised for $400 plus $100 shipping, the total delivered price remains $500 and no price difference applies.
  • Freight variations caused by delivery location, courier availability, warehouse dispatch location, or logistics costs are not eligible for an additional adjustment.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively to the original order.
  • Price protection applies only to the original amount paid for the eligible product and does not include delivery, installation, assembly, extended warranties, or other services.

Our Promise

We want you to shop early and confidently. If World Fitness reduces the price of your eligible item within 30 days of your purchase, you’ll still receive the benefit of the lower eligible price through a World Fitness gift card for the difference.
