Description
Designed to slip over the end of an Olympic barbell, the Body Iron Shoulder Multi-Grip handle offers a way to engage in a much easier and more natural movement pattern for perform various landmine exercises, such as squat and shoulder press variations, deadlifts and military presses.
To use this multi-grip handle attachment correctly you first need to secure your barbell into the landmine attachment. Then, add your weight to the other end of the of the bar before securing the handle against the weight plates.
Equipped with comfortable shoulder pads and 360° rotatable handle, this attachment will offer the support you need to perform exercises with the proper technique, which is crucial when trying to reshape your body.
