The smith machine utilises a bushing bar movement system, allowing you to easily glide through movement patterns and reducing undue stress on the joints. The bar is also compatible with any standard or Olympic weight plates to best suit your gym space. Bearing a huge 250kg weight capacity on the adjustable barbell catches and safety spotters, the Body Iron ALL-IN-ONE Training System FTG30 can meet the training capacities of both advanced and beginner users. The dual pulley system allows for a wider range of functional exercises.
Effortlessly train any muscle group you like with this functional all-in-one training system. Target the upper body and chest with the multi-grip pull-up bar, single handles or smith machine. Train legs with the adjustable barbell catches and safety spotters to allow you to lift however you like without compromising form.
With its heavy-duty tubular steel frame and the 2000 pound tensile strength aircraft cable attachments assuring maximum functionality and durability, you will have peace of mind that the system is made of only the finest materials, adding longevity and value to your purchase. The system is finished in a sophisticated, neutral grey powder coat, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any gym environment.
The system includes handles, catches, safety spotters, a multi-grip pull up bar, and storage pegs for the weight plates, meaning the system is ready to use comprehensively straight out of the box, and with its 12-month warranty, in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong, you'll be covered.
