Description
The BodyIron 2.5kg Fractional Weight Plate Pack is designed for precise, progressive loading, making it easier to increase weight in smaller increments and continue progressing with your strength training.
Adding fractional plates to your Olympic barbell allows you to use micro progression rather than making large jumps in weight. This can be particularly useful when working towards a new one-rep max, overcoming training plateaus or gradually increasing your training load.
Fractional plates are suitable for lifters of all experience levels and can also be useful for rehabilitation and recovery programs where smaller weight increases are required.

These fractional plates are brand new and fully functional, however they may have cosmetic marks from manufacturing, handling or storage.
Cosmetic imperfections may include scratches, scuffs, small paint chips, areas of missing paint or other minor surface blemishes. The type and amount of cosmetic marking will vary between individual plates.
These cosmetic marks do not affect the weight, performance or functionality of the plates.
