It is perfect for boxers of all levels who are looking to train in the comfort of their own homes, especially if they are seeking reflex endurance and/or hand-eye coordination,
Featuring a weighted base to keep the bag planted as it swings and recoils when in use. The small lightweight foam ball is also perfect for advanced target control during training. Comprising of two large base pieces that can be filled with sand and/or water, this ensures stability and longevity. The mid located spring gives a Cobra style performance, perfect for moderate to expert level training.
