The Body Iron Commercial Pro Vertical Row Machine is a perfect staple machine to incorporate into your home or commercial gym. Used to isolate the upper body, this pin-loaded machine has been built with a heavy duty steel frame with self aligning nylon pulleys and bearings for a smooth exercise process.
Secured to the frame are two rubber grip handles on either side allowing for both horizontal and neutral grip rows. These alternate hand positions offer an easy way to target and isolate different upper body muscles depending on your fitness level and goals. The horizontal grip focuses on the muscles around your shoulder joint, whereas the vertical grip involves more bicep and lat activation.
The vertical row machine is low impact and good for all fitness levels. It helps to build strength and endurance over time and gives you the opportunity to increase the weight through the adjustment of the pin-loaded plates.
The carbon steel tubing accompanied with ultra-comfortable seat and chest support padding adds to the stability and durability of this vertical row machine. Pair this with the whopping 110kg weight stack, and you'll be training premium style. The adjustment settings on the seat and chest support can be changed by simply pushing the yellow lever to move them up and down/backwards and forwards. There are 8 different seat level adjustments which can be used to suit all heights and limb lengths.
The weights have a casing surrounding them for added safety to avoid any fingers getting caught between them. The casing also features stickers that identify the safety instruction and have a visual representation of what muscles you’ll be working with the machine.
