Nirvana Multi-Grip Olympic Barbell
The Nirvana Multi-Grip barbell NTSB001 is high-quality barbell with one set of interior angled handles, two sets of vertical neutral-grip handles, and 35CM of loadable sleeve length. Ergonomic friendly designed knurled handles satisfy most of the angles you need to perform high tech exercises and the middle handle configuration can be used in reverse to incorporate an “elbows-in” movement.
Unlike most swiss barbells, this versatile barbell you can use on all of our power racks/squat racks to perform any bench press and shoulder press. It also benefits in reducing stress on the wrists and shoulders during press movements. This versatile barbell is an underrated piece of equipment to incorporate into your equipment pool as it adds a field of possibilities to add versatility to your traditional barbell movements and exercises to target different muscles. Unlike other multi grip position barbells on the market we are confident in the quality of the premium knurling and powder coating incorporated in the build of this barbell.
