Not to be underestimated, this commercial grade 5ft Body Iron barbell can handle a massive 360kg in weight, making it the ultimate piece of equipment for performing some major lifting!
Although it may be a wee bit small to fit majority power racks, squat stands and bench press stands, there is still a ton of exercises that can be done with this barbell. In fact, we prefer the 5ft barbell over a 7ft Olympic bar for various exercises such as bicep curls, skull crushes and upright rows.
This barbell may be more suitable for beginners who want to learn the correct technique for barbell movements, when your regular 20kg Olympic bar is too heavy.
