Combining BodyIron strength with BodyX style, these plates are designed for home gyms, PT studios and commercial fitness spaces.
Each plate includes a reinforced metallic copper-gold centre ring to help protect your barbell sleeve from wear, scratches and rust compared to standard steel inserts.

Each plate is made from durable rubber with a reinforced steel centre ring, helping protect your barbell sleeve while improving the lifespan of the plate. The Olympic 51mm centre hole makes them compatible with standard Olympic barbells.
All plates are the same 45cm diameter, giving you a consistent lifting height from the floor across the full set. This is ideal for deadlifts, Olympic lifting, strength training and functional workouts where correct starting position and form matter.
The rubber construction helps absorb impact when the plates are lowered or dropped during training, making them a better option than traditional iron plates for high-volume lifting, power movements and gym environments where floor and equipment protection are important.
