The Body Iron Deluxe Leg/Preacher Curl Utility FID Bench UB250 will be a match made in heaven. With its stand-out design, sturdy construction and 8 levels of incline adjustment, this workout bench offers everything you need to work all the major muscle groups and smash your strength-related goals!
For starters, this weight bench has the ability to be placed into a flat, incline or decline position. These angles are extremely effective for targeting the muscles in your upper body, especially your chest, arms and shoulders. You can also change the angles of the seat to ensure you're exercising in the most optimal position.
Some of our favourite strength focused exercises that can be performed with the Body Iron Utility Bench include, various presses, flies, rows and curls. These exercises are best performed with hex dumbbells, or a barbell and weight plates for resistance.
Please note: Weight plates are not included sold separately.
Wheels have been attached to the base of the bench, allowing for easy transportation around your home gym.
