The Strong TRX System Suspension Trainer is a lightweight, portable and scalable training system that allows you to work out almost anywhere. Achieve the results you want on your schedule while improving your overall strength, flexibility, balance and core stability.
Train at home or outdoors by attaching your TRX Suspension Trainer to a sturdy door using the included door anchor or to a secure anchor point using the suspension anchor. The heavy-duty webbing, durable construction, adjustable straps and comfortable handles allow you to customise each exercise to suit your fitness level and training goals.
The TRX Strong System no longer includes a Key Card for accessing workout videos. TRX has now made its training videos available free of charge through the TRXtraining YouTube channel. You can follow real-time workouts from your mobile phone, tablet, computer or smart TV. A Get Started Guide, setup instructions and a convenient mesh carry bag are also included.
