The TRX FIT Suspension Trainer helps activate your core and strengthen your entire body. With more than 100 possible exercises, you can easily increase or decrease the difficulty by adjusting your body position and using your own body weight. Two printed 20-minute high-intensity workouts are also included, allowing you to train wherever you go.
The TRX FIT Suspension Trainer no longer includes a Key Card for accessing workout videos. TRX has now made its training and instructional videos available free of charge through the TRXtraining YouTube channel. You can follow workouts using your mobile phone, tablet, computer or smart TV.
