The Bodyworx Multi Station Home Gym 200lbs is the ultimate one-stop-shop for a variety of cable-based exercises and time-under-tension based workouts. Ideal for building both mass and strength, this home gym offers a weight room full of workout options in a minimum amount of space.
This home gym is extremely versatile and allows you to perform a wide range of exercises through complete ranges of motion under constant tension, maximising results. Under this constant tension, blood flow is often increased, thereby resulting in quicker and bigger pumps. The end result is the promotion of larger capillary beds to be rebuilt within the target muscle. You can use this machine for the big compound push and pull movements, including the chest press, tricep pushdown, lat pulldown, rows, and even core work.
People of all heights, weights and body types can be accommodated by making the right adjustments to the cable machine. Angles and heights can be modified, also allowing for a single machine to conveniently cater to all needs, and with the highest quality padding and upholstery, every movement is comfortable and allows you to perform your best.
The frame, cables, pulleys and bearings all come with 12 months structural warranty, whilst the upholstery and attachments are covered for 3 months.
