This Body Iron Commercial Lat Pull Down / Low Row will make a great new addition to your home or commercial gym. Offering dual exercises - lat pull down and low cable rows - you'll have access to a high quality gym machine at a fraction of the price.
Making use of a practical plate-loading system and bearing a 180KG weight capacity, you'll be able to dictate the intensity of your workouts. Compatible with Olympic weight plates, just load up the sleeves and your desired weight and you're ready to get to work. It also features a sun-dial adjuster on the knee support beams to ensure the lat pull down and low row accommodates to all heights and limb lengths.
Although cable attachments are not included with this machine, it does feature adjustable knee support beams, an elevated foot rest and a rigid foot plate. These features increase the safety and stability of the lat pull down, ensuring you can work with heavy weights when training solo. Enhancing not only the integrity of the machine, these features also help to bring an authentic commercial feel to your workouts.
Made from high-tensile strength steel and finished with a double layer of black powder coated paint, the Body Iron Commercial Lat Pull Down / Low Row will be able to withstand any punishment you throw its way. Made to last, these materials are highly resistant to wear and tear blemishes, ensuring they look brand new for years to come. Pair this with the thick foam upholstery and you'll be training in comfort and style. Each cushion is covered in a durable double-stitched vinyl that is easy to clean and maintain.
Another outstanding feature of this plate-loaded lat pull down is the adjustable seat. Built on a lever you can easily glide the seat forwards and backwards to transfer between exercises. You can also fully lift the knee support pad to ensure it doesn't get in the way during cable back rows.
