HOW TO USE
Position 1: Triceps – weight is behind the peg/arm bar, which is set in a high position (above arm pad).
Position 2: Biceps – weight is in front of the peg/arm bar, which is set in a low position (in front of machine).
To adjust from Bicep Curl to Triceps Extension, pull the jumbo pop-pin out of the lower lifting arm and grab hold of the rotating v-bar for stability. Adjust the lifting arm upwards and lock it in place to now use this as a triceps machine.
