Doing Dips is one exercise that can build strong shoulder muscles, develop amazing pecs and defined triceps. The dip station is the perfect equipment for that. It has a solid wide base to provide stable platform and eliminate any movement. The grip bars are 50mm thick with texture powder coated for extra grip. The long grip bars with wide opening allow different width grip to target different muscle groups. Approximate assembled dimensions are 127cm H x 105cm L x 72cm W.
