The Body Iron Foam Plyo Box Set is designed to deliver maximum safety, durability, and performance for plyometric training. With a stable, high-density foam core and durable anti-slip covers, this set provides a soft landing surface that protects your joints and minimizes injury risk during high-impact workouts.
Each plyo box features Velcro straps and heavy-duty nylon locks on all four sides, allowing you to securely stack the boxes in a variety of height combinations. Whether you're performing box jumps, step-ups, or push-off drills, the wide base ensures a stable landing platform. The clearly printed height markings on both sides help you easily identify the size during workouts.
Built for commercial use, each box is wrapped in a tough vinyl cover and features cross-stitched handles for easy transportation. The ultra-dense foam interior not only absorbs impact but also increases the total weight, reducing tipping or shifting during exercises. The anti-slip surface allows for dragging, flipping, or pushing the box without causing damage to flooring or equipment.
