The Body Iron Roller J Hooks are the perfect accessory to help you rack up a heavy squat, deadlift or bench at the end of your workout. The resting position of the bar can be easily adjusted to achieve your perfect placement prior to your lift. These help you avoid rocking every single time you unrack the barbell to assist in your stability.
The unique feature on the Roller J Hooks are the actual rollers. After the barbell has been placed onto the rollers, all it takes are easy side to side movements (assisted by the rollers) in order to centre the bar. Rather than using your energy to adjust the resting position of the bar, the rollers assist in an effortless unrack so you can focus all your energy onto the actual lift.
These Roller J-Hooks are compatible with machines that use 25mm hole diameters and 60x60mm tubing. Featuring a built in spring pin locking mechanism, this allows you to train with a peace of mind knowing that the attachment is secure and won’t move while in use. The hardened plastic on the rest is designed to absorb shock when racking, reduce noise and also protect the barbell from damage.
We will not accept any returns due to compatibility issues of attachments not fitting onto a rack that is not the Body Iron rack that is not a 60mm X 60mm.

Lifetime Frame (against manufacturing defects).
Note: The lifetime warranty does not cover Rubber or High-Density Polyethylene protection on catchers or spotter arms. As this is normal wear and tear. Replacements can be purchased at fraction of the cost of new ones.
Warranty does not cover wrongful installation, normal wear and tear, misuse or modifications of equipment.
