The Bodyworx Ski Machine Pro offers an entire body workout, making it a great tool to help build muscular strength and endurance. Like the Bodyworx Air rowing machines, the harder you pull the harder the resistance is, meaning you can take complete control of your work outs.
The Bodyworx Ski Machine also comes equipped with air dampener, which enables you to control the volume of air moved by the vanes of the rotating flywheel. This means you can also adjust the level of resistance through the vent openings. By offering such a variety of resistance levels you can be rest assured that this cardio machine will continue to push your limits with every use.
