This bench is the often forgotten but very important bench, it allows users to train the lower portion of their chest muscles to improve muscle size and definition. Other similar benches often feel awkward and uncomfortable to lay down and exercise on. However, our uniquely designed decline bench is specially built to offer stability and comfort while in the decline position. This product also includes a leg brace as well as handles to assist in laying down. When you use this bench in conjunction with a flat bench and the incline bench, it can offer a more complete growth of the overall chest.
