The ultimate speciality bench for developing upper body strength and size. The Body Iron Prone High Row Bench was built for elite athletes and fitness centres who aim to improve their pulling strength.
Equipped with a large padded cushion, you'll be able to comfortably lift heavy loads whilst isolating your lats and rear deltoids for an effective back workout.
This prone row bench also comes with a pair of adjustable j-hooks and a broad cut-out head space to meet the needs of all users.
