The Body Iron Reverse Hyperextension is the perfect machine to assist in increasing strength, power, speed and reaction time. Not only is the Reverse Hyperextension perfect for training and building the glutes, it also targets your spinal erectors and hamstrings at the same time. Other than strength training, it is also a great piece of equipment for rehabilitation.
Featuring high quality cushion padding and foam padded rollers for superior comfort, support and durability for your upper and lower body. The placement of the oversized cushion helps to relieve vertical compression on the spine while you’re exercising and keep the hips from resting on the metal frame. Adjustable handle bars to suit all user’s hand placements for the most effective workout.
This reverse hyperextension can also be used with both Standard or Olympic plates.
