Comes with a massive 200 pounds of resistance. Our multi-station home gym comes packed with a range of features so you can be sure to work up a sweat and target a wide range of muscle groups, so you make every rep count. The dual action arm developer can be used to perform a wide range of exercises, including bench presses, incline presses, and even shoulder presses. The machine's adjustable cables can also be used for functional or core training. To round out this multi-use piece of equipment, there's also a dual action leg developer that is perfect for performing leg curls and leg extensions.
