This versatile setup combines a power rack, Smith machine, functional trainer, leg press, chest press and pec deck, lat pulldown with seated row, dip station, and multi-grip chin-up station in one complete unit. It supports a wide variety of upper- and lower-body exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pull-ups, rows, and isolated cable movements. With multiple training stations available, more than one person can exercise at the same time, making it an ideal space-saving solution for a complete home gym.

The BodyIron FT50 also includes so many attachments to give you a more variety to your training. These attachments are extremely useful for performing a range of isolated exercises, such as bicep curls, lateral raises and triceps kickbacks, which is great for focusing in and targeting a specific muscle (or muscle group) during a training session.
