The Marcy SB-670 is one of the most premium utility benches on the market. Offering a flat, decline and incline position, this bench is great for achieving a full-body workout whether you’re at home or hitting the gym.
By allowing the body to work in different incline positions, this bench is great for building the muscles in your chest, shoulders, back, abs and more. Some of the specific exercises you can perform with this bench include, but are not limited to, incline, military, decline and flat presses.
Not only is this Marcy utility bench easily adjustable, but its adaptable as well! It can be used with any squat rack, cage or smith machine, allowing you to perform a greater number of exercises, so that you can get the most out of your workouts!
