Please note that our Cheltenham showroom and office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. We recommend checking the information below before visiting our showroom, arranging a pickup or contacting our team.
You can continue browsing and placing orders online throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays. Normal order processing and dispatch will resume when our team returns on Tuesday, 12 January 2027. Some orders may be dispatched earlier from other warehouse locations, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Customer enquiries and warranty claims: Please be aware that replies, spare parts requests, warranty claims and service enquiries may take longer than usual during this period, as many of our suppliers and service departments will also be closed.
