    SHIPPING DIMENSIONS

    Position 1: Triceps – weight is behind the peg/arm bar, which is set in a high position (above arm pad).

    Position 2: Biceps – weight is in front of the peg/arm bar, which is set in a low position (in front of machine).

    To adjust from Bicep Curl to Triceps Extension, pull the jumbo pop-pin out of the lower lifting arm and grab hold of the rotating v-bar for stability. Adjust the lifting arm upwards and lock it in place to now use this as a triceps machine.

      Bicep trainer

      Great machine. Got to get used to the position of handles and seat but that goes for most new pieces of equipment. I find the handles a bit rough but a set of gloves fixed that.
