This rack is compatible with a wide variety of equipment, including most weight benches, barbells, weight plates and power bands, making it a great tool to help build strength, increase muscle size, or to tighten and tone your physique.
Designed with a deepened inside space, the Body Iron PR9500 allows for completely unrestricted movement. This is excellent for performing a wide lower body exercises including squats, deadlifts, calf raises and static lunges. It also features a in-built, multi-grip chin up bar which can hold a whopping 350kg (770LBS), enabling you to work your back, shoulders and arms.
