The Commercial Power Smith Machine's dual system allows for efficient and precise workouts, targeting the pectoral, chest, and deltoid muscles in two distinct ways. This adds variety and develops the entire upper body in a unique manner.The Smith Bench Press can be adjusted from incline to decline, with a very sturdy flat bench setting in between.
