There are two weight stacks of 110kg on this machine with 1:1 Pulley Ratio, which allow you to select the right weight based on your fitness goals.

The All-In-One Functional Trainer & Smith Machine Also comes with a Pair J-Hooks & Pair Spotter Arms so you can do all the same exercises that you would do on a Half Rack or Power Rack.

The Dumbbell Rack Attachment includes 2 dumbbell trays positioned at an appropriate angle for convenient handling and storage during workouts. This rack can store multiple dumbbells, saving space and keeping your training area organized and safe. Its sturdy construction maximizes your storage capacity, making it the perfect addition to your workout setup. Each tray can take 300Kg a total of 600KG.

220kg / 484Lb weight stack: No plates needed

The unique Selectorized Smith Bar on the MFX360 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There's no need to load and unload plates to change your weight, just move the pins on the weight stack. Because MFX360 doesn’t have plate holder, it allows save space and time not loading smith bar.

Customizable Storage Hooks

Features detachable and adjustable hooks for easy storage of cable attachments, allowing users to personalize the setup to suit their training preferences.

The Body Iron MFX360 incudes many attachments, as well as a long bar to add even more variety to your training. These attachments are extremely useful for performing a range of isolated exercises, such as bicep curls, lateral raises and triceps kickbacks, which is great for focusing in and targeting a specific muscle (or muscle group) during a training session.

Additional Storage Features

The product includes 6 Olympic weight horns for convenient storage of your Olympic or bumper plates. These bolt-on horns are fully adjustable and can be mounted at any height to suit your setup. It also comes with a barbell holder, allowing you to securely store your Olympic barbell when not in use.

This multi-use machine features some of the most effective strength equipment, including a functional trainer, smith machine, power rack and multi-grip chin up bar.
