Description
The Body Iron Viking Press Handle attachment is designed to slip over the end of an Olympic barbell to promote a more natural movement pattern for various landmine exercises, such as squat, lunge and shoulder press variations.
To use this multi-grip handle attachment correctly you first need to secure your barbell into the landmine attachment. Then, add your weight to the other end of the of the bar before securing the handle against the weight plates.
By utilising the multi-position handles, you’ll find it is much easier to secure a comfortable grip during your training. This helps to correct your form and ensures you are performing exercises with the correct technique.
