It includes 6 striking pads to accomodate a variety of specific punches and fight combinations, which are attached to 8mm diameter spring arms, engineered to absorb even the strongest of punches.

Each spring branch can be moved to meet the needs for all users.

Great workout & fun

I love my Tree ... gives me a great workout every single time I put my gloves on.

It’s very sturdy, with strong adjustable branches, I filled it with water.

The only gripe would be is it’s hard to get a hook in, apart from that, this is a great quality product especially if you don’t have a strong partner to spar with, and a fantastic addition to a home gym.

I also found the after sales support given to me, when I encounter transport delays impressive, these guys are #1 to deal with.
