The Everlast PowerCore Free Standing Heavy Bag is designed to take plenty of abuse and avoid all the normal woes of freestanding bag training. While all free standers are convenient and easy to move around when empty, this model has taken into consideration the shifting and wobbling that tends to come with hard training. The power transfer ring featured in the neck of the product is specifically designed to enhance bag sway without having the whole item shift around your floor. The bag itself is Nevatear technology encasing tough, impact-absorbing foam.

Must be used with boxing gloves.

I love it

So much fun!! i put water in mine as I didn’t want to stuff around buying sand and it holds up alright, it does move around a lot and move back a fair bit but only if your hitting it hard. Over all I am very pleased with it :)
