• All stock comes fully assembled at our warehouse located at 327 Warrigal Road Cheltenham Vic 3192.
• Floor stock will not be shipped out, the purchaser must collect.
• Oversized items such as Treadmills, Racks ect will be placed onto a pallet waiting for collection.
• We recommend collecting oversized items with a ute or flat tray vehicle as we will be able to load items with a forklift.
• World Fitness staff will not unassemble any items that are bought. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All Floor Models are sold as is.
• No returns will be accepted.
• Full payment must be made before collection.
• Purchasers must organise collection date and time via email before showing up. 
• A confirmation email will be sent with a date and time for collection.

Engineered for home gym use, the Marcy MSB228 Utility Bench is a compact and versatile weight bench, offering a full body workout with a single piece of equipment!

Allowing you to work the body from a range of angles, the fully adjustable MSB228 starts at a decline positioning and manoeuvres all the way back to your regular seated position.

The decline positioning often being the most overlooked, this FID bench features dual foot pads that help to securely lock you into position during various decline movements such as dumbbell presses and decline sit ups.

These exercises are extremely effective for hitting some of those harder to target muscles such as your lower abs, lower bicep and triceps.

The foot pads can also be used to stabilise you legs during lower body workouts, or as handles for various upper body movements such as incline push ups.
