Well designed and constructed multi gym with more weight on the stack than most of the alternatives. The included lat bar and shiver bar as well as the two chains are good quality.
Putting it together is a two-person job. The instructions are visual only, and I made a couple of mistakes because the drawings were not clear or too small, so double check everything.
I have been using this home gym for nearly two years now. There are only a few minor niggles and annoyances that I would identify.
* The leg extension station could have allowed greater range of motion if the rubber bumper (part # 66) had been shorter.
* All the pulley wheels except the one at the bottom of the leg extension strut have effective constraint mechanisms that prevent the cable slipping off the wheel. It would have been good to have something like that on the leg strut too.
* The stack selector rod (part # 19) has a small cross rod near its top that sits underneath the top plate (selector stem, Part # 34). After most sets, I find this jams and causes the selector pin to jam. To free it I have to jiggle the top of the selector rod, which is annoying.
* The bench press station has only one hand position available. I would have liked to have the option of parallel grips.
* If you are tall, like me, you will find you have to scrunch down on the seat quite a bit to get the full range of motion for lat pulldowns. It would have been good if the whole unit were 2 or 3 cm taller.
