Featuring a 20° angle incline, this will elevate your heels to an inclined position during your squats which will allow you to achieve a larger range of motion. Because range of motion is increased, the addition of this squat ramp will increase your overall leg strength and help deepen your squat form. The pressure on your joints will be relieved through this incline, therefore allowing your weight load to progressively increase without impacting your muscles. The diamond textured foot panel also ensures easy grip while in use.
Other than strength training, the Next Fitness squat ramp can also be used in recovery training programmes. As the ramp is at a permanent incline, this product is perfect for athletes who suffer from tightness or are prone to cramping in their calves and feet.
