Made from 100% natural latex for elastic strength, durability and comfort, the Small Band Set - Mini Strength Bands provide both a positive and negative force on the muscles.
Provides 20+ different resistances by using one band individually or multiple bands together 5 cm in width & 30.5 cm in length provides versatility & improves comfort.

- Yellow - X Light - Rehab, Senior Training
- Green - Light - Beginners, Untrained
- Blue - Medium - Average Fitness Level
- Red - Heavy - Average Fitness Level
